Bit uncomfortable at the moment.
Great appointment to the team. Be Heard Group Plc (AIM: BHRD), the digital marketing services group, is pleased to announce that respected industry leader Richard Costa-D'Sa has been appointed Chief Growth Officer with immediate effect. In this management board role, Richard will be focused on driving growth from cross-group client projects, which the group has already started to see from clients including Vodafone. Richard previously held senior industry roles within the Engine Group, most recently as Global CEO of Deep Focus, where he led the agency through a time of high client growth, in which it won many awards, including at the D&ADs, Cannes Lions and Fast Company. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Jam, to which role he was promoted after working with well-known brands such as Samsung, Renault, Xbox and Tesco. At both Deep Focus and Jam he was a member of the group management team, in which capacity he worked to develop cross-group initiatives, with a focus on digital. As a well-respected figure in the sector, Richard has been nominated three times into Campaign Magazine's A-list for the most powerful people in advertising, twice into the Drum Digerati, the Drum's list of the 100 most influential people in the UK's digital marketing industries, and came fifth in the Drum's Social Buzz Top 50 most influential people in social media. Prior to being confirmed Chief Growth Officer, Richard met the founders of the four Be Heard Partners with whom he will be working closely in order to establish cultural fit and share ideas for growth. Richard Costa-D'Sa said: "There isn't a group like Be Heard right now. A digitally-born group with scale and ambitions to do things differently, with no legacy siloed structures getting in the way of producing effective work. I am looking forward to using my experience to support Be Heard in increasing the level of work it delivers involving two Partners or more. Digital marketing is ever more complex and interconnected, so I am eager to work with all of our current and future Partners within Be Heard to connect their exceptional abilities and devise and execute strategies and campaigns for clients which deliver similarly exceptional results. The Group is at an exciting stage in its development as it starts to show what it can do for clients such as Vodafone and I am delighted to be joining the team at this point in its journey." Peter Scott, Executive Chairman of Be Heard said: "Having worked with Richard before, and having since seen his reputation as a top-flight leader of digital marketing businesses deservedly grow, I can think of no one better to join us in this role. His initial conversations with our Partners have created great excitement and I have no doubt that he will be a real asset for the Group."
Gresham hold 10.6%. Here's what they said in a recent interview. Be Heard Group PLC (LON:BHRD) is a big holding of ours as well, they’ve done very well, this is the digital marketing network which is being pulled together through acquisition by Peter Scott and his team. The operational performance, certainly when their first full results came through, was demonstrating very good performance, strong organic growth and importantly driving synergies between the businesses that he’s acquired and that’s really how value is created in there.
Peter Scott, Executive Chairman of Be Heard said: "I am delighted that MMT Digital has received such impressive recognition for the fourth year running. This further demonstrates exactly why we knew the Agency would be a great addition to Be Heard. It is our stated aim to help brands maximise their return on investment from digital marketing, so client validation is the best kind." Ben Rudman, CEO and Co-founder of MMT Digital said: "MMT Digital's success at the RAR Digital Awards would not have been possible without the support of our clients. We would like to thank them for their recognition and for rating us so highly. It is in partnership with them that we are driven to produce our best work. We would also like to thank RAR and The Drum for organising awards focused on what matters to clients. We are already looking forward to next year!"

It's certainly one of Peter Scott's and MMT's ambitions to get a foothold in America. Perhaps following these guys! https://lbbonline.com/news/wpp-invests-in-us-based-digital-content-producers-88rising/
so we definitely are going to hear about the us plan, as peter scott pointed out, they are helping mmt to expand into us
http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/5102/be-heard-different-to-other-digital-marketing-firms-says-ceo-5102.html in his video he explains his vision about where the company will be in the future and what purpose it fills the most interesting part will be to see how these companies under the same name still operate independently as well as interact with/improve each other, mmtdigital apparently were advised by kentico to go to america and serve clients over there,..this company has massive room to expand
their client list is not bad either http://www.beheardgroup.com/annualreport2016/assets/pdf/mtt.pdf http://www.beheardgroup.com/annualreport2016/assets/pdf/kameleon.pdf http://www.beheardgroup.com/annualreport2016/assets/pdf/agenda21.pdf http://www.beheardgroup.com/annualreport2016/assets/pdf/freemavens.pdf
With Freemavens we are able to assess the social sentiment of our clients’ prospective customers. Through agenda 21 we are able to analyse customers’ search results. We are also able to assess what customers are searching for but not finding on clients’ websites, and therefore redetermine what content should be on there to get better search results. Combining the social sentiment and the search element creates a powerful set of data, which you can then translate into restructuring your web platforms (which is where we come in) then generate better and more relevant content for those websites, which Kameleon is able to do.
The group was set up by Peter Scott, who started his working life with Ogilvy and Mather and co-founded WCRS, which to quote his biography ‘morphed’ into Aegis under his tenure as boss. The business was eventually sold to Japanese rival Dentsu for £3.2bn. After that he created Engine Group, which was sold to private equity for £100mln in 2014. he also stated: The short-to-medium term plan is to turn it into a £100million turnover business focused on digital marketing – be that user experience (UX), driving traffic to sites, content or data analytics. Steady buying continuing today,
but surely moving in the right direction impressive company imo :)
Chairmans statements I have seen, worth investing on that alone :)
The journey has just begun: Be Heard is still in its infancy. agenda 21 is the only partner agency who have been with us for the full year. MMT joined in May, Kameleon in December and Freemavens in February this year. But they have all responded well to the changes that we have encouraged as they move from founder ownership to a group culture. They have embraced the Be Heard story with gusto and seen the benefits of collaborating and connecting with other partners. We have seen and felt new spurts of energy and enthusiasm as we build out the Be Heard story and capabilities. And we have all embraced Be Heard by becoming substantial shareholders in the group. As I pen this your board and our partners speak for 23% of the equity in the group. In short we have invested heavily in our future and are fully aligned with the interests of our outside shareholders. The response from some of our partners' clients to news of each new partner that has joined our group shows that they too are excited by what Be Heard might mean for them. It would simplify the challenges they face to know that professionals they trust to provide ingenious services will now have more scope to connect with similarly energized experts in their respective fields. While the numbers alone can't convey all of the ways in which we have advanced our model to create long-term shareholder value, we're proud to now have group net revenue of £9.5m and annualized group net revenue of £15.1m based on the performance of all four partners throughout calendar year 2016. So we are quietly satisfied with our first full year but hungry for more. Very hungry. In the year ahead we expect to further expand our offering, explore opportunities in the US and Europe, add new skill sets to our group, move everybody to one shared office - where knowledge and experiences will flow freely across the digital landscape - centralise common functions where it makes sense, maximise investment in our analytics and insight and much, much more. Oh and by the way we expect to have some fun doing it all. The sort of fun you can only have when you like and trust your partners, enjoy their company, and sleep well in the knowledge that we are helping clients solve complex problems and issues just that little bit better than the competition.
