Yes, in the corner.
lol.
yes....quite.
I'll sit in the naughty chair for ten minutes!
and you also meant £27500 :)
I mean he bought in at 0.02 !
He's bought in at 0.2 for 275,000 quid......and doubled his money already!.....nice work if you can get it.........unfortunately it's at our expense!
So the warrants have to 5 bag from here!
Just so they reach approximately parity
I’ll take that :)
Hmm, what do we make of this?
Buying in started.
I must have mixed up the two placings.
So, fresh warrants and options for insiders only.
I wasn't offered Placing shares at 0.02p.
So who got them?
Placing dated 16 November 2017
"In addition to the Placing Shares, the Company has issued 200,000,000 warrants to the Placees to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at 0.225p per share, exerciseable at any time in the two years following Admission. The warrants will be issued to Placees on the basis of one warrant for every two Ordinary Shares subscribed pursuant to the Placing."
So these warrants will expire in November 2019.
So, if you think the BOD is getting ready to sc8ew existing share holders, because something hot is coming up, what would they do?
1. Sell half the company off cheap, for 0.02p, to their buddies.
2. Wait till after 16th November 2019, then announce Proses is building their SISP.
Also from the Placing dated 16 November 2017
"Alexander has also issued a total of 40,000,000 warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at 0.15p per share exerciseable at any time in the three years following Admission to TPI as part of its remuneration for effecting the Placing."
So TPI's warrants expire in November 2020.
Just enough time to finish building the Proses SISP.
Unless your referring to previous warrants which are way north of here, and would more than likely, expire by the conclusion of any RTO process.
The last placing had no warrants, other than broker fees for the raise, read the last RNS, below is the relevant paragraph.
Broker Warrant & Commission Shares
The funds were raised through the Company's broker, TPI. As part of their commission arrangements, the Company has agreed to issue 118,750,000 Ordinary Shares to TPI for their fundraising services (the "Commission Shares"). In addition, the Company has also agreed to issue TPI with a warrant to subscribe in cash for up to 178,125,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which can be exercised at a price of 0.025p per Ordinary Share until the second anniversary of Admission.
Unless your referring to previous warrants which are way north of here, and would more than likely, by the conclusion of any RTO process.
Deep South was CAD0.06 in June, but CAD0.14 now.
@ CAD0.06 = CAD30,000 = £18,633
@ CAD0.14 = CAD70,000 = £43,478
AXM is showing on lse.co.uk:
Shares in Issue 4,382m
Market Capitalisation £2m
I'm pretty sure we were less than £1m last week.
How does that work? Let us say we have £500k cash, from the Placings, that means the patents are worth £1.5m.
So if the 500,000 shares are worth £500k, our market cap should be £2.5m?
Keep going up, Deep South.
Let face it, the Placees will sell at 0.4p, and hold on to the warrants.
They just need Deep South to lift the share price a bit more, and dump the AXM shares.
It's news, but not as you want it captain.

At least Deep South is still alive.
It would be hilarious if we get a boost because Deep South shares are worth lots.
I reckon eventually we will get a surprise here, a good one.
I feel like considering everything we are holding up, there will be a reason for this.
Keep the faith fellow holders.
PS: If for some reason we drop 50% tomorrow I probably won't be quite so positive.
sensing*
I'm sending negativity in here again old chaps. Lol.
Yes bunch of mugs lol been involved with Aim too long lol only they make profit it's all against you lol sorry but 35k in Aim it's aways the way!
Ever the optimist ! ..... Glass seems to be 99.9% full !
...' "We are delighted to have secured this investment from new and existing shareholders to give the Company the flexibility for a potential beneficial corporate opportunity'
Come on then......hurry up ! ...................LoL!
Oh come on snowman wish you loads but let's be honest this has pile of dung written all over it lol
News lol that's a laugh!
Can't be long before some heavy corporate news surely?
All good here then I see.
"2 huge sells just gone through"
A Placee got the shares for 0.02p, selling at 0.03p must seem like a no brainer.
"The funds were raised through the Company's broker, TPI. As part of their commission arrangements, the Company has agreed to issue 118,750,000 Ordinary Shares to TPI for their fundraising services (the "Commission Shares"). In addition, the Company has also agreed to issue TPI with a warrant to subscribe in cash for up to 178,125,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which can be exercised at a price of 0.025p per Ordinary Share until the second anniversary of Admission."
If Turner Pope wanted to take the money and run, the number of shares is pretty close.
We need the MMs to drop the Bid Price to 0.015p.
The Placees will gladly sell at 0.02p, then hold onto the warrants alone.
This way, they don't risk any capital.
DSR share price up to 0.13 Canadian dollars from 0.075 three weeks ago.
We have 500,000 shares so now worth 65,000 US dollars = £40,000.
Not much in grand scheme of things but better than a kick in the teeth.
Standby for tr1’s either today or Monday, shares admitted today I seem to remember, expect those two trades are something to do with it.
