Quiet for now but this is ready to break out
It's good to see things have settled down a bit. Looks like things may get back to normal quicker than I had hoped, after what has definitely been a testing week for many of us.
"interest is still here despite FAKE NEWS over the weekend" A bit of a rash statement!! a few FACTS to back it up wouldn't go a miss.
Something not right? Because you sold? Looks like another large delayed order is on the way
something not right, being manipulated, high risk but rewards could b high
Being hammered, interest is still here despite FAKE NEWS over the weekend. Good day all!!!! Getting closer to boom time!
from private investor have been taken up.. never seen a stock tank by over 50% and then returns to virtually the same level in less than a week..

As a shareholder in ASA myself, thoughts anyone? http://www.sundaymail.co.zw/us15m-siphoned-from-freda-rebecca/
Hope all this isn't true. http://bulawayo24.com/index-id-business-sc-companies-byo-108900.html
Which is a little ironic as Sir David Kwok-po Li was born in London and brought up and educated in the UK, he gave up his British nationality two years after being knighted by the Queen, although he does get to keep his title.
No mate there aren't any honest oriental business men left. In fact don't deal with the Chinese ever. Don't even eat Chinese food as you may end up being like them - "Dishonourable". Nothing lives up to the great British standards.
To Be honest I don't even think Dr the Honourable Sir David Kwok-po Li (to give him his proper title) is that squeaky clean either, in the past he has been fined over $8 million for insider dealing, are there any honest oriental business men left.
Not much volume on the buy side and we still continue to tick up, more background buying perhaps, not long for my target of 2p and depending on several factors I might increase my target Rocket is ready to be deployed
Parkhurst - thank you for informative posts and agree with everything you said. However when you refer to experienced UK lawyer, are you referring to someone that is not Dearing? Dearing was instrumental in the coup for Ning to take over Mwana/ ASA. Whilst Mpinga had to go and costs were out of control, the underhand way Dearing & Ning went about it had long-term impact to the SP. Whilst Dearing might be clean, by direct association and to start afresh, ASA really should get a new legal counsel
Buys coming in at full ask now, 1.7 will be taken out and next leg up Big investor building a stake, anyone that wasn't in sub 2p will want in now because 2p looks nailed on
2p, buying will go on and Li will not stop, this is great news
The news that Dr. David Li Kwok Po has taken his holding to over 6% is a massive confidence endorsement of the action taken by management. He is a very experienced investor and senior member of the old establishment in Hong Kong. I believe he has no connections with Mr Ning and wouldn't want to be associated with such allegations.
I told you so
Here is the holding statement we were waiting for. http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/ASA/13200264.html
Thanks for your knowledgeable insight Parkhurst.

Gorsuch, so much of the press in Zimbabwe is highly speculative and over inflammatory. You need to know what's really going on and I have some good contacts at the mines. There is a new sense of optimism now that the Zimbabweans are back managing the mines — government and local investors will be relieved with the action taken. The Asa board acted decisively to tackle the allegations with a thorough investigation by a highly experienced UK lawyer. We should be all extremely relieved that the non-executives are acting in our interests. The Zim Herald article is yesterday’s news and runs contrary to what I'm hearing now. I expect other news will flow soon once we get all the facts. I believe this could be the turning point we've been looking for.
