Time will tell, GLA.
Please don't forget any placing shares WILL drag this down, I do believe this.
Infrastructure Loans ??? What security will be given to build plants, one asks.
So probably another capital raise or two, via greatly reduced price, to entice institutional Investors, IF it spikes.
I do believe there is another 5 years before production. I may consider investing if it opens @2.5p, and leave for the bottom drawer, pay me pension!!!GLA , with all this hype). Down it goes @11.20!!!
lol what are you going on about
the drill is max 1200 meters maybe hit at 300 meteres the drill speed is 50/60 meters a day, do some research and watch the presentations where all musing are answered
138 billion BCF at todays helium price of $280 MCF lol and you think it will go down its a 38 Billion Dollar resource coming to the market. yes placees may well sell but the volume of people investing will smash it out the park $38 billion dollar yes $38 BILLION
and regarding 5 years till production once the drill hits Helium this is a 100 million market cap on the figures provided below cash is $98 million a year
A very conservative figure.
Imo double that at least.
Steve I have Unrisked valuation of 12.5p on P90 and 57.7p on P50
That's on only the first three Prospects drilled and successful
Mustn’t get carried away but the enormous figures involved could make this a ftse 100 share within a few years.
They have stated that they will extend operations once helium had been proven in large quantities.
The $90 million plus income stated could be multiplied many times.
Share prices usually work on a P/E ratio.
Need more be said.
You didn't just say the SP was falling did you?
" Down it goes @11.20!!! "
The share is suspended!!!
There is no trading taking place at all.
There are unknowns here which is why the SP is pence rather than pounds.
But there are some things that are known - like the basics.
we are going to get loads of deramping now as people try to get a lower position, i took the gamble to load with AOGL shares as i have a feeling there could be a struggle to buy in the morning with only 500 million shares
i have my golden tickets and can add if needed
who knows where we will be tomorrow but in theory (without getting carried away) Helium One could quite easily achieve a market cap of £50M - this will be achieved with a share price of around 11p. So 6p thereabouts will be the opening price tomorrow, so very achievable. Let's see.
£50M market cap is important, why, because many institutions/funds have a bench mark mandate/rule that below that market cap level they simply will not invest. So potentially Helium 1 may attract another set of desirable investors (ie long term rather than short term traders).
We know from the various presentations that the placing was oversubscribed by approx £2M , so on the basis that those who tried to get in at the placing and who didn't succeed will put be lining up tomorrow morning. Going to fun! I expect a lot of press comment around this IPO.
Good luck all longs and new shareholders.
Sincere Apologies, wrong Board. (You didn't just say the SP was falling did you?

Fingers crossed it has been a long old wait. Well done by PA and SC: there was no guarantee that this would happen.
HOGL had an offer from a large specialist gas company a few years back at a multiple of today's valuation. All the technical bods had signed off on it but it got knocked back at board level. The gas company decided it was not in the exploration risk business and pulled out.
A big thing going forward is US Investors, to accommodate them investing HOGL will need to arrange a dual listing on the OTC markets in the US. I am told it can be done pretty quickly; of the order of 6/8 weeks. Just as gold companies get a higher valuation on the TSX, so HOGL will get a higher valuation if it has a US listing of some sort.
Anyway, good luck for tomorrow: absolutely no idea where the price is going to go.

Who’s HOGL

No problem. Hope not too many of your shares do that. GL
Hi Helpful. Long time no type.
I hope you were able to get some cheap shares here and limit any historic damage.
Been inside for months and it is best to say nothing. We will see if the shares are cheap or not tomorrow.
This going to be very difficult to call: if they get to drilling and find commercial gas the numbers will huge. So what do you do? Take 3/4 times up now and be happy or hold till next May time? Whatever you do it will be wrong and same here. Difficult to know what to do for the best.

IMO if shares go north of 8p there will quite a few short term holders selling for quick profit.
Many former Attis shareholders probably need north of 30p to show a profit if not more.
As you say very difficult to call, will probably be very volatile for a couple of day’s.
To guess on a maximum sp at sometime tomorrow I will guess at 9p.
