Well, that was an interesting presentation. We spent a shed load on this RTO and will give Extruded Pharmaceuticals almost 2m too. for 25% Well done Robin (not!)
That presentation was really quite poor. Unfortunately I think the only option is to vote for the RTO as I think it is clear that there will be nothing left afterwards. Robin was desperately drumming on about how expensive RTOs are to explain the massive outflows of cash in recent months. I tried to ask why shareholders were not given the option to vote for an immediate winding up of the company and 2nd divi following the sale of Kun Manie, but of course he would never answer that...
I watched the presentation and have voted in favor of the RTO.
The presentation wasn't great, but it is clear that the alternative is Nil for shareholders.
I can certainly see value in Chemoseed going forward. Just hope they keep us regularly informed in language that we understand.
That was a pretty dire affair, but I rather expected that; I guess we will see in the next accounts what proportion of our cash went personally to RY (which I think he swerved by in the Q&A).
Absolutely no chance of a return if this is rejected so bottom drawer for these after watching the opening price.
10 days and the scum should be gone.It doesn’t matter how old we get it still hurts when you’ve been had.
Let’s just hope for an early rather than later exit from the newco.

Recall youve been here for a while MD.
Everybody said Robin was a scumbag, He even employed the perma-ramper TrickyDickyTwo.
Noticed how hes stopped posting.
Many Exploration companies on AIM are simply Fraud and Con jobs.
Lesson learnt to only invest in producers, atleast you keep your capital and earn ontop.
Robin knew AMC would never manifest into a reality, shareholders were duped
I just got an email from ii saying that my AMC vote counts and that I should vote by 22 May 2024 which is today.
Talk about leaving it till the last day to allow people to vote!
AGE
Yes, ii are not great at notifying corporate actions and the online voting is a bit hit and miss
I phoned them up, took 5 minutes
Well to be fair I received an email from II reference Corporate action on AMC on the 15th May last week so no problem for me voting in time.
Not sure my 0.00459% will make much difference though
Not sure what percentage they need to approve today but anyone who votes against needs their bumps felt.
When voting, make sure that it is for the AGM & GM, both being held on 29th May.
ii corporate actions team couldn't find the GM (RTO) one
Does anyone care about the AGM - it's irrelevant, If you are going to vote it's the GM that will get you your dosh back!
Yes, the corporate actions team could see the AGM but were unaware of the GM as its buried on page 136 of the RTO document
"I can confirm that we have submitted your votes for all four accounts for the AGM (I have not been able to also submit the votes for the GM following the AGM at this point)"
I know you mentioned that there was a standard general meeting after the AGM on the 29th May. After speaking to our Corporate Actions team, they have had a look around, and they cannot seem to find any information on the official company website regarding the general meeting shortly after the AGM. Could you please maybe signpost us to where you found this information, or provide a source? This can be passed on to our Corporate Actions Team, and they can review this, and we can see if we can submit your voting options for the standard general meeting"
