Large number of repatriation flights in May from Pakistan:

There was particular mention of more than 3,000 UK nationals still stranded in Nigeria, where commercial flights are suspended until June 4, and of British crew members still on cruise ships in overseas countries. Air Partner ought to have their hands full for some time ahead, arranging charter flights to bring all these people back.
There was discussion in Parliament today on the repatriation of UK nationals stranded overseas, cruise passengers as well as air passengers. The Foreign Secretary mentioned there had been 141 chartered (non-commercial) flights so far which have brought back 30,000 people. No figures were mentioned of the numbers of people still to be repatriated but, from the questions put by MP's, it seems there are still some people stranded overseas. This discussion may be viewed on the Parliament Live website.
Hi dodddavid, you are missing nothing imo.....it's a bargain price at current levels and some made the mistake of treating AIR as an airline, when we know they operate in a niche sector and a profitable now and going forward, the figures speak for themselves as you have mapped out below ...patience and resolve shoud see a challenge on years highs going forward, :-)

Tuesdays RNS outlined record start and much increased profits with May & June outlook similar,
interesting chat about funds on social media where the majority of fund managers fail to beat the general market ....i bet the fund that sold out at the lows due to the mcap drop wished they had followed the market moves and not there fixed rules...a good reason to invest directly into stocks yourself rather than pay for someone else to choose and sell at the wrong times :-)
the easing of lockdowns will allow AIR to capitilise further on both freight and civilian trips particularly with wealthy clients avoiding commercial airports....nice niche sector & AIR operate globally so can maximise across europe, Asia and beyond and clearly profits increasing month on month :-)

Reporting a best ever April and a strong opening quarter to its financial year, the air charter company said that it was busy sourcing aircraft to shift freight, evacuations and repatriations and even for bringing fruit-pickers into Britain.

figures speak for themselves and an initial challenge on 75p-80p+ upcoming over coming weeks it appears :-)
The Group has had a strong start to the financial year, with the unaudited accounts for February, March and April showing expected underlying profit before tax of £6m
April was a record month,
forward order book is encouraging as we head into May and June with demand for Freight and Group Charter services remaining high
increased demand for corporate shuttles from UK and US customers that value their employees travelling in a more controlled environment at this time.
significant repatriation and evacuation work related to the COVID-19 pandemic, flying people back to their home countries from around the world.
anticipate some improvement when international airways start to re-open, as some executives and high net worth individuals seek to travel independently and from less busy airports.
continue to see high demand for our Freight services. Our team was extremely busy in April, notably flying emergency shipments of protective personal equipment (PPE) on behalf of a number of customers, and this is set to continue into May.
cash in the bank of £13m
Does anyone have any reasoning as to why Creditsafe has put on the file against AIR that there is a profit warning based on what people are saying about AIR making good profits, it seems to contradict

Does anyone know roughly what % of the business is cargo/freight charter vs business/commercial. Aircraft from Asia to Europe go for $1.2m for a 747F and even passenger turned to passenger cargo aircraft such as a 777 go for $300000 for just 1 leg, there is money to be and is being made within the market currently
should be heading back over 75p over coming weeks on this form :-)
yup and with May and June already looking good and therafter airports opening globally AIR is very nicely placed having steered through lockdown with record figures...divi looks like a good prospect too on current view :-)
Morning all,
Am I interpreting the results correctly? Our profit for last year was £3.5m, for the first 4 months of 2020 it’s £6m? Cash in the bank doubled in the last month from £6.5m to £13m?
If so, and if sustainable, it looks like not only is the dividend secure but could potentially increase? When does this go ex-div?
Seems very undervalued to me if my interpretation is correct. Although I accept things could change quickly given current economic volatility.
