mmm seems so, looks decent entry price for anyone interested though. mcap very low now compared to revenues
so perhaps that 20-25p region will be explored after all
Good buying volume recently
Found the bottom, was looking for 25p which didn't materialise. Could get to 40 with a fair wind I suppose. Not in though.
yep...back in with small punt. will target early 40s
but not that confident at this altitude lol
or 6* this year (and 3* last year)...maybe a spec punt for volatility of earnings?? ...I'm greedily waiting for 24p, but can see the case for punting here
Yep just saw that!!! Interesting indeed and certainly seems good prospect now for recovery play..only 2.7m mcap!
I wonder about the larger buy @32p on Friday? ...mould is funny
Director buy reported today albeit small but still!!!!!! Jolly....comment on Friday 09:22....that is funny!!!!
There were reasons for being "sunny side up" in my analysis but I guess I'm forced to agree now. My faith in this company has been proven to be misguided.
Mould was dead wrong lol
the interim figures presaged this awful rns..being blunt, yr analysis at the time was dangerously sunny side up; in particular imagining 2H figures would come close to last year's 2H ...it is easy for companies in difficulty to promise jam tomorrow...much better to base valuations on cold hard facts ...that was the tenor of my post then: this a game for clear thinking
Can assure you that I am not boasting, just making the point that when one piece of disappointing news is received (interims) another piece is generally not far behind. Happens time and time again. Shame for AEO though as I like the company and Garvey going is actually probably a blessing is disguise as he didn't seem to bring much to the table and came with baggage.
You sound a little boastful when you shouldn't be. The only reason we're now in the 20s is because of an awful trading update. Prior to today's update your previous prediction wouldn't have been reached IMHO.
Morning, yes I suggested that we would see the 20's and here we are. Looking on my phone, so can't see if this is RNS driven or not?
come from??
Good luck. Think it will take a decent sized contract announcement to get this going again which has been absent for some time. Pretty sure we will see the 20"s before the 50's and will re-consider entry around the 25p level as the company does still have potential, just think there are others out there that offer better near term value.
The chart shows really good recovery potential. As stated before, I have 50p target on this.
The half yearly report mentioned a cancelled contract which impacted on results and bought.down revenue and profits. Surely this cancelled contract should have been rns'd and we should have been told about it a lot sooner. I wrote before on Ngr about having a quarterly reporting system to also keep us updated and I think that holds here too....point being that we could have been told a lot sooner regarding the drop in revenues (no trading update was issued either).
Too right..still a good company and no doubt will recover imho.
Had high hopes for this one and will keep on watch list but can see this dribbling down in to the 20's now. A real shame.
Looks like a bargain at todays price, 50p+ target.
I sold some last night @48p and sold out just after u I guess
disagree there..the poor quality of earnings/limited visibility make projection v difficult ...what is clear is recent/immediate past run rate earnings.. ....obviously management is trying to drive improvement...but seeing hard numbers would be believing imv
