In the same boat Aborman, I will hold. Best case scenario a rival offer is made at a better price than the rather insulting price offered now. The worst case is we take the 67p.
Yes, I don't need the money right now, so while I scout around for my next investment I'll HOLD in case a rival offer emerges... well I'll hold for a week or two!
I'm still £400 down, so holding on for a little longer to see if the price goes up
Anyone holding onto their shares to see what happens?
That should read 'Bye'.
Songtradr is private.
that’s classic LSE. Those were sells !
I'm out too. Lost about £10.00. Happy with that. Buy 7 dig your own grave. Waste of time and money you were.
thank fook , I'm out too. Finally after opening my investment 2 years ago, I'm gone with a meagre profit. Couldn't care less if it goes up from here but history shows it ends up down. GLTA holders
That is the offer price....
Great news yesterday but despite the sea of blue buys this morning the stock price hasn't budged from 0.68. Why?
Wait...
This deal looks cheap. Shareholders should not back the deal. Daylight robbery!
do we wait for other offers?
With a holdings RNS from Songtradr, and they will accumulate many millions more today, buying as many shares as possible below the offer price; if there is to be a counter offer it needs to come before the end of play on Friday methinks, 7am Monday at the latest...
Question is: will shareholders be given a choice of staying wholly or partly invested? Or will all our holdings be replaced with cash at 0.695p per share - as in a compulsory purchase? And how long will we have to wait for an answer?
Well, you were right last time...
I suspect it will……
Pleased to get rid of this old dawg. Too small to be a big player. On the other hand so much money was poured in this in placings etc. Could easily have gone bust over the last few years.
So on balance a decent exit for most shareholders. Those who punted at about .25 are doing ok and those who averaged down too.
There are better stocks to invest in that this and really its a bit of a dawg. I have been in and out of this for years. Never done much. Will take my cash....good riddance 7 dig. I wont miss you!
I see there were about £250k's worth of unknowns, late in the day. Any predictions as to how tomorrow will start?
COUNTER BUY COULD EASILY COME FROM
"Kuaishou" 40 - 80 million wouldn't really effect the bank balance...
Maybe it was songtradr and they were testing the tech prior to a takeover
And we never found out who that "global technology company " contract win was with.!
Clearly the owners David Lazarus and Tamir Koch, who stole the Company @0.2p and have been the architects of its downfall, have no faith in the business anymore and are cashing in their chips, ahead of announcing they cant make a profit despite Paul Langworthy claiming they would.
Personally this is a bad result although better than going bust.
Good luck to Songtradr who have snapped this up for a bargain @£20m
Been in this since 2020, and been sitting on a 65/70% loss for about 18 months, so this is a godsend, makes me nearly even, at current price levels. Q is, will there be a counter, & what level would/could/should (I think that covers all the 'ould' words) it be? Any thoughts would be appreciated. gla.
