"Could they make that 10p 20p 30p."
they be the targets after option steve............. you know......... :)
All the best (nice earner :)
Could they make that 10p 20p 30p.
Now that would tell shareholders that they really mean business.
3p equates to half what our mc was eight years ago.
Hardly gives us much confidence when the board were saying mid cap within three years.
Copy that Perks..............!
wages then........... :)
All the best (sorry for the fool in me ............ :()
I would like to see a sliding scale Frank.
x shares @1.5p Y @ 2p, Z @3p as in Incentive to deliver shareholder value in stages.
I think you know already Frank..........!
check BD's posting history........... :)
All the best (it's there I fink :)
Ah sorry Chesh I misunderstood, they are a one off share award for all the amazing hard work he has done in delivering shareholder value over the last 2 years ;0)
Yes Perks, and now I'm confused.......:) not hard.......!
Fergy's purchase......? cash on open market or options..........?
All the best (that's me Q to U :)
what figure would you like it to be exercised at and why that figure Chesh/BD/Chris/who else ????
someone just bought 15k worth so not all bad :o) !!!
Yes, lets see what they come back with. They call them "incentive options" and as BD and I pointed out, 1.3p is no incentive, the SP is already there, hardly a stretch goal is it.
They need to confirm before the AGM as that's when they need approval to issue.
Thought the options @1.3p were being concidered after your and BD's conference .........?
I kinda meant open market purchase rather than option purchase........... :(
All the best (tell me I'm wrong........... please :)
Spot on Chesh, they have to buy the shares at the Exercise price first. I totalled up all the options and it's over £600,000 at 1.3p
Note 11 would indicated a cash purchase Perks............!
surely........?
All the best (ie he still holds options.......... :)
Steve it is what it is done the get depressed bit, taken some money off the table (Small Amount) to ride out possible doom to the drill and cover me for bad news today but bloody hoping I`m totally wrong and missed more profit but a quick 30% off here made sense for extra money added, it hard to call which one or both will rock up in the coming DAYS/WEEKS/MONTHS so best to have equal leverage I suppose, anyway we know the pack drill by now and await the Dear John bollsvk later on but hopefully short and sweet pain !!!!
So basically money for old rope.
If I wrote what I wanted to I'd get banned.
sorry maths 3hrs and 56 mins but you get the drift ;o)
why don`t he buy some share out of his pocket instead of us funding it via us shareholders but maybe we won`t care soon when the SP moves up with a upcoming deal, anyway Chris your clock has shrunk only 3 hours and 28 mins to DOOM !!! (only joking of course) but will bums move :o)
Hi steve, unfortunately not. He has increased his holding from below 3% to 3.76%, presumably as a result of his "share award"
Also note point 11
"Alastair Ferguson also holds options over 12,854,945 Ordinary Shares exercisable at 1.3 pence per option, subject to certain conditions as announced on 29 June 2020."
Looks as if he has doubled his holding to 6%.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Show of confidence or has he taken up his options?
