Well I read it and understand what they're doing but afraid I still don't understand how it fits into the bigger picture. No matter.
so page 58 number 15 gives a description ... of how they screen so i suggest its something developed in house these arginine residues
i cannot cut and paste from these PDF links
Inanaco will do.
Think we should clarify that these patents only cover cancer but as you have highlighted, Scancell have only scratched the surface of the potential of Moditope. The sooner those trials get underway the better.

Inananco, - a link to what? To the screening patent? If so it's below. No hurry, just when you get a chance.

You've confirmed the answer to no. 1 is no and at some stage would appreciate any light you're able to throw on no. 2.

Inanaco,
Nobody needs the specifics thanks. Was simply 2 questions:-
1) Does nucleic acids divisional cover TCRs
2) What is the screening divisional patent all about - not what it does but how it is used, what it it's application?
You've confirmed the answer to no. 1 is no and at some stage would appreciate any light you're able to throw on no. 2.

Inanaco,
Thanks so divisional nucleic acid patent is unrelated to TCRs - thanks. Still don't understand how they can encode the DNA and insert into viral vector without nucleic acid protection but way beyond me and I don't need to. Just wanted to establish whether or not the divisional was connected and you've clarified so thanks.
When you get a chance - can you explain what the screening patent is for then? I know how it works but is it just for TCRs? Or is it just part of the process of selecting the best cit. epitopes for any use?
