excellent post lotto - not just Covid here....although that distribution will be big. Remote Monitoring Systems has a lot more going on and right now its about ''Remote''.... Wait for update ..... and see of you can get in under 10p. Happy to take what ever is given tomorrow, will have to be quick - as will breach 5p, and could make light of 6p (as some predicated based on chart and lack of resistance)
My daughter is a Nurse working 12 hour shifts.
Obviously they use PPE whilst in any treatment or/and care areas.
When I told her the claims made by P2F, she was very impressed, not so much for clinical staff that wear full PPE, but for the many other clinical workers in hospitals, doctors surgeries, dentists.
I also can see the demand for use by none clinical workers who have daily, close contact with the general public, such as all those who provide services where near contact is unavoidable, such as hairdressers, beauticians, hospitality workers, taxi drivers, etc etc, the list is endless.
The powers that be, must surely, once production starts, want these mask to desperately, I can see the single machine that will start production in December, being so hard pressed to even attempt to produce sufficient masks, other machines, probable owned by third parties will come on line via a licencing agreement.
There is a trial of the laser device produced and patented by GyroMetric in “early 2021”, with a major wind turbine manufacturer. Major manufacturers here in the UK are two or at most three. Siemens, MHI Vestas and GE. So a trial with one of these will be as big as (if not bigger) than a Covid mask. Intention is fleet adoption, and each of these have huge businesses. It looks like the laser can be fitted with little hassle, so I think it can be installed as a “retro” fit. IMHO only. But for now, let the noise be about the mask lol
The western countries have little experience of managing infectious diseases esp respiratory. The “evidence” is best left to what countries with seasoned experience in these diseases, do. So saying masks don’t work, or the virus isn’t transmitted via air droplets-these are all monumental errors made by bodies like the WHO, who can no longer be trusted. This is only my humble opinion based on events in last 10 months. Please DYOR
It closed @ 3.18 73.33% up....now be quiet you bunch of nancies
Health care staff are advised to ideally change their mask every couple of hours as the inner layer becomes moist ( humid expired air, saliva) , thereby rendering filtration ineffective. A mask that works “effectively” for 7 hours is a big improvement. So a like for like would be comparing the cost of 3 or 4 of the existing surgical masks to this item. In reality, most I imagine don’t change their mask that often, not because they cant be bothered, but because they are just busy providing care. So health care providers will look keenly at options in terms of the cheaper variant or the slightly dearer but more effective one.
Anyways, I d like to repeat that this is NOT merely a Covid related company. Regardless of the masks, P2F has trials ongoing in crop nutrition, pest control, medical imaging etc. GyroMetric remains of huge potential.
This share is mental, tomorrow will no doubt be dramatic, I'll be holding regardless.
Only one guarantee about tomorrow is lse chat will be offline at open
I am not going to put a price on the masks, as I don't know, but yes £1 for a disposable mask would be high, but the definition of a disposable mask is, 'wear once, then dispose'.
The mask that P2F are manufacturing, will not be classed as disposable, as it can be worn for at a minimum 7 hours, whilst still providing a 90% virus kill rate.
I was in BRH and sold.
I know a bit about RMS
The standard masks are about 20p at boots.
This is first going to NHS etc.
If they make enough, it may be available for the general public too.
But at the moment they only have 1 machine which makes 5mil.
I would assume 1 mask would be around 30 - 50 max.
£1 for a disposable mask is too much me think. But the quality of the product is excellent and well done to them getting it right.
Would ppl read the rns s and watch the videos themselves and stop stimulating these rampers. £1 per mask?? Really?! Just stop.
Very good move by this company but stop the crap
On what news has this gone up?
how much are the masks being sold each?
