Have to say I am impressed that this lot has all been sorted out so quickly - bodes well in my view
Re Directors - MW will no doubt at an age with extensive family commitments. He will see the options as his way to future capital gain. For me the fact that all directors subscribed in one way or another is a positive - and JM now has (subject to take up) well over 4 million owned plus 11.5 million in options spread over around 5 years. Certainly helps my confidence
Sorry I thought the first post hadn't appeared
And if he has plenty of spare cash for share purchases no doubt many on here would be ranting that he's overpaid. The management have stayed with QFI despite the uncertain finances, they have their future careers invested in Quadrise, that's a great show of loyalty and a real confidence booster to me
Well if he was paid well enough to save up for share purchases, no doubt many on here would have been calling for wage cuts, ranting that the management are overpaid. The way I see it these guys have all their eggs in the QFI basket already, just sticking with a company whose finances have been a bit uncertain shows great loyalty and a real vote of confidence to me
Yes he does but it would be encouraging to see him make a more substantial personal purchase.
"Mark Whittle has only applied for 129,629 shares in the placing and holds no existing shares.I feel rather embarrassed for him."
He has 3m options exercisable at 7.5p
Really great news.
Fully subscribed placing, new II's on board, this will set a solid floor at 2.7, and will encourage new investors who were concerned around the cash runway to buy in. Was starting to be concerned that we may drift back down to 2p but it really is onwards and upwards now imho.
Personally planning to request maximum allowance through the open offer as I don't se us dropping back now. might sell these extras when we get to the "Quad-rise" point (thanks colins), but wont be touching my core holding for years I suspect as this could truly be a life changer if they manage to pull off even half of what I expect they will.
ATB Longs, very good year ahead for us all (finally).

Very good placing
What’s not to like. We are now well funded for a while and hopefully through to profit. The company employees are increasing their investments. That shows faith. We all get to purchase a few more shares for those that want them.
The breaks are coming off.
Just wonder where the SP will go to over the next few months, a double rise would be welcome but a Quad rise, 11p, would be prophetic.
Strikes me that the board have been reading the comments on here and reacted to them.
Good luck to all LTH. We have made it to the top of the hill.
Looks like full allocation taken, directors putting their own money in, no more worries about going under in the medium term. Could be a hell of a lot worse. We all knew a placing was coming and this seems to have gone as well as can be expected.
