Those types of trades are often between MMs to fulfil an order. You tend to see far more of those transactions with very liquid companies.
and someone sold 17 shares earlier , is that you now out :-)
Someone bought 20 shares.
Must be moniman.
“And what did you do today Daddy Jim?”
“Well, son, I spent another day obsessively talking down a share I have scant interest in on an anonymised message board…”
No North.
I bought recently simply because of something i saw in Imutex (ConserV) last month. That was a mistake on my part (I think)so I sold those shares the other day for parity.
But I still have shares here.
Big,Big news needed to move this north of 22.5p.
Jimbeann talking the share down convincing others to sell out. While he holds and accumulates. So transparent haha green box now
Good luck GMAN.Glad you got a better exit price
I did say (and I was right) that there wasn't enough volume on the capitulation last week so we'll probably have to retest the recent lows.
Volume is anemic today.
A phase 3 ready drug and the biggest infectious disease progression database known to man isn’t exactly happy clapping for Noel Edmunds’ mystery box Cheshire. This is real stuff with real value.
Agreed newsflow is really important too, we’ve had some good contracts drop recently, but as stated before that isn’t shifting the SP and reversing sentiment…
People saying we now have to wait for 24 months longer for these amazing returns when we've been waiting for nearly two years since the pandemic started. Come on.
Hvivo is doing great at what Hvivo do, and that's excellent but we've been led along by promises of great returns on Flu-V and DIM etc. Polb isn't exactly inspiring confidence either. Most people simply won't wait for two more years (or two more months) for vague promises after so many have been broken. We need either a serious new piece of killer contract news, or an imminent and sensibly organized spin off that doesn't drop millions into the pockets of the directors in the process.
Believe in the "fundamentals" all you like (which are Hvivo only imo, the rest is all a gamble/unknown until we have actual evidence of genuine commercial interest in the other parts like Dim etc.) Happy clapping about having "faith" etc. is pointless. News or serious activity please, proper news or activity. Asap.
BeContrarian - great, insightful message. I completely agree.
One needs to take CF’s previous vocal enthusiasm with a pinch of ‘Irish’ salt and focus on the fundamentals, regardless of casual timelines suggested by an enthusiastic, ambitious and optimistic CEO. I’d much rather be invested in a company run by a energetic, ambitious CEO with significant, personal skin in the game and bags of self-belief, along with confidence in his team, than most of the loss making companies on AIM run by individuals out to make money at the expense of their shareholders.
I also believe in CF and the best is definitely yet to come. I do understand folks bailing out but at this price ORPH is a steal and I’m confident future news flow will attract the attention this healthy company and quality BoD deserves.
GMAN raises a valid point to be fair. The initial timeline circa 6 months ago was 12-18 months and realistically, it’s looking at least that again from here. There are more lucrative opportunities out there, that could offer higher gains in the short term, but risk vs share price here makes this an absolute no brainer IMO, with very little out there that beats it.
It’s a great entry point for anyone now, and I think that’ll be the secret to its resurgence. But the ‘critical mass’ of patient PIs need some reassurance about the direction of travel on both the contract wins and the spin outs to avoid any lift being thwarted by selling.
I do believe in CF and feel this is a ‘pregnant’ rather than a ‘barren’ silence right now. Just got to hold tight and wait for the constant tide of selling to finally exhaust itself.
GMAN - a good and valid point. Apologies re. the “weak” reference. Each to their own, as you quite rightly say. GL.
Good advice Moniman.
C U next Tuesday JB.
600% ?please do the maths on that for me?
Venn life sciences maybe.
Put him on filter as he's just trolling!
Friel, the man who increased the sp by 600% over 12 months; and continues to increase revenue, profit and
international interest. The sp is down from a high of 46p, proving he can take it those levels and will do so again the problem is too many investors are out for a ‘quick buck’ and don’t recognise when to hold a value stock. - this is a minimum 24 month investment from now.
More to the point, if this is genuinely how you feel, why on earth are you backing a man you have no belief in? This is a question you continually avoid answering, which ironically gives you zero credibility.
All down to Mr.Friel and mixed messaging and mised timelines old chap.
+ A huge float as most institutions have sold out.
….that every rise gets heavily sold into. I was hoping the sell off last week has flushed out the weak and nervous shareholders. Do these people not recognise an undervalued company with massive potential when it’s staring them in the face!
