Oh…and Pro-larva is easier to remember as a name. I have spelled the other one wrong twice in one comment. Lol ??
@Cromer:
Deltarian mask vs Pro-larva:
Kills virus in 10 mins vs 5 mins
Not MHRA approved vs MHRA approved
Claims to meet EN14683 (European standards) vs EN14683 certified
No ISO18184 certification (international standard) vs ISO18184 certified.
Are these enough reasons to buy Pro-larva instead of Deltian?
I don't think the anti-virus function in EITHER mask directly protects the wearer.
In both cases it only applies to particles that have already been blocked by the fabric, not the tiny airborne ones which manage to waft straight through the pores.
It's just that Deltrian are more responsible in their marketing statements.
People wanting better direct protection – who are bothered more about what they're still breathing in - rather than cross contamination through careless handling or disposal – should buy a proper N95/99 certified respirator mask as worn on Covid wards.
Cromer.
Fair enough, but your contribution does not come across as being from a Nanosynth investor. If you are not invested, what are you doing here in the first place?
Additionally, your musings are more suited as a negative one star Amazon review for Nanosynth masks than a contribution to an investor bulletin board.
Finally you are definitely trying to push another mask product, which, if you carry out some serious research does NOT fulfil the same function as Nanosynth’s mask product.
Regards.
@Cromer - to sum up, the "Deltrian virucidal surgical masks" are hardly competition at all given that the "anti-viral" coating on the outside of the mask doesn't protect the mask wearer. Not even worth considering.
MPG Approved Treated Surgical Mask Product Claims
>99% of viruses that stick to the outside of the mask are inactivated within 10 minutes. | No other biocidal function or health claims have yet been validated. | Claims of compliance with EN 14683 type I or II are not affected by the virucidal action. | MPG’s virucidal coating for surgical masks is safe. | Non-toxic. | Non-irritating to healthy skin. | Non-irritating even with accidental contact with the mouth. | Non-sensitizing. | Can be worn daily. | Not a known allergen. | Compliance claims should not imply additional benefits or a link to benefits due to virucidal function. | The virucidal action is effective only on the blue side, which must be put outside. | To be used within a maximum of one month after opening the plastic bag. | Do not change sides after putting it on. | For single use only, do not wash. | The virucidal treatment is not resistant to washing. | The virucidal function may reduce the risk of cross-contamination but does not directly protect the user against pathogens.
@Cromer - the “Competition’s” masks don’t do the same job. The devil as they say is in the small print. Read the small print at the bottom of the page you posted.
Williams - any serious company analysis involves looking at the competition it faces.
BB rampers usually write as if NNN is the only company that makes virucidal face masks !
Just you keep buying them dips but which dip to buy eh, come back in 2 weeks lets see where SP is then, they have no orders, its not rocket science. Anyway see you soon, 2 weeks dont forget now :-)
13 posts, all NNN, all negative. The company is trying to help overcome this deadly virus. Question - what good are you doing in this world exactly??
Goodbye and good riddance to you, filtered you pathetic individual
Adey66 REALLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They wouldnt. They havent, They wont, its a sh%t show . Given some away in India to see if theres any interest!! There wont be. Even the local Nottinghamshire council didnt give them a sniff of their mult million pound demand for PPE why in gods name will anyone else. The mask is dead before it was even born, they are left with some fertilizer that sells cheaper then bottled water!! Its behond belief what people are spouting about this company. Its only going one way and thats down. Biggest Pump and dump on AIM.
The virucidal function may reduce the risk of cross-contamination but does not directly protect the user against pathogens.
cromer.
I presume that you are not a Nanosynth investor?
This being the case why do you occasionally visit this bulletin board to demean the company's anti-viral masks. Surely a consumer's review board on Amazon, or a similar site where these masks are sold, would be a more appropriate location to display your criticism? Have you tried Nanosynth's mask, or are you commenting on what you perceive from online images?
I actually use Nanosynth's masks and do not agree with the points raised in your critical comments.
Finally, on more than one occasion, you have used this board to advertise and promote a rival product, which is an inappropriate use of an investment bulletin board. I shall not report you for this, but question your reasons for displaying your comments here?
Regards.
Why would pple choose NNN masks over established competitors like Deltrian ones ? Now selling at about just 50p per mask, a quarter of the price NNN are trying to sell theirs at.

Or spend £2 each on proper N99s/FF P3 ones that can be face- fitted , as used by nurses on covid wards?
