Can anyone define what an 'interaction' is? Straight from the RNS:
Delivered by Festival Republic and MelodyVR, this pioneering event attracted in excess of 132,000 fans from 34 countries across the world and more than one million interactions over the weekend.
1 Million Interactions. What makes this up?
That's an opinion which may or may not be true. It's also an opinion I am not influenced by as I don't rely on analyst sentiment to guide me. I'm sure there are plenty of other variables determining the analyst recommendations beyond download figures. Let's not lose sight of that.
I think most analysts would place more reliance on Google Play Store’s data over an MVR RNS.
lordfont,
With the utmost respect, my response to ORLM related his point on user numbers. I will leave the more colourful (if tenuous) commentary on girlfriends in LA to others.

Modeller,
If you go back to one of my relatively recent posts, you will see some explanation why I don't trust app store download metrics based on professional experience. The latest annual report RNS stated MVR acquired 150k+ new users last year, which exceeds the combined Play and iOS store totals alone. That also doesn't even consider old downloads before 2019 and new downloads from recent high profile events like John Legend, JoJo etc and the new downloads related to Wireless 2020 which we believe are in the 6 figure territory. Look at JoJo's YouTube metrics after announcing the MVR gig....up 3 fold, acquiring 1million views in the 4 days running up to the live show. I personally believe that will have driven somewhere between 3% and 8% of traffic into incremental app installs to watch her show on the Saturday (30-80k), as a conservative estimate. Of course, this is my opinion only, but I believe MVR will have download numbers of at least 500k over the lifecycle of the product and this will continue to grow with increased exposure.
Each to their own though. I use my own data with calculated assumptions to drive decisions. If you feel differently, great, but when you post, let's get some substance behind your negative sentiment. You do typically tend to have some dubious patterns of board engagement though when good news kicks in.
Modeller
do me a favour please , can you have a go at another issue just for a different debate .
you must be bored of posting the same point , thanks.
ORLM,
Thank you. The latest Google Play Store download update ( 25.06.2020) shows the app has still not exceeded 100k downloads.

It's not hugely concerning at all Modeller! App rank spikes on news of a decent event just as quickly as it falls on no news. You'll have to work harder than that. By the way, residual interest will be a reflection of active users and app uninstall metrics, not declining app store rank. The moment we have exposure to these metrics, I may listen to your point.
The Modeller is codeys 3rd and final throw of the dice we have got rid of the other 2 accounts he possessed I personally will be reporting most of his posts as disruptive and notifying LSE that his account was solely set up in march with the intention of causing negativity and unrest. I suggest others do the same and once hes gone as well then we monitor the board ongoing for new posters along the same lines. LSE actually seem very good and responsive to this kind of thing so hats off to them.
I’ve Watched this bb for years and theirs always been at least. One deramper
Who’s Being paid to keep this sp as low as possible
Hold or buy if funds only
Have a good weekend
If it's concerning for yourself them sell up
If it's concerning for me I'll sell up
It's quite simple really
Lack of news . Walked down.
Repeat .
Good morning all,
In the early hours of this morning MelodyVR's position in the Apple Music App Chart plummeted to 196 out of 200 and is now no longer visible (user reviews remain listed as 364). Within a week, MelodyVR's app has seemingly fallen from a position of 5 to outside the 200 in the Apple Music App Chart.
Whilst the chart is updated on a series of metrics throughout the day, this would seem to demonstrate there is no meaningful residual interest in MelodyVR's app beyond the weekend's free access to Wireless. Frankly, the interest in this product appears about as organic as tartrazine .
This is hugely concerning.
