"book-keeping exercise or pre-planned transaction"
yep........... get 'em........... cus someone is, and @0.16p ........... :)
All the best (I do ramp you know :()
To start........... £20K ISA limit per individual...........!
call £40k per joint if you like, but rarely seen ..............:)
All the best (not a bed 'n ISA IMO :)
Fair enough Chesh. The following day is just because of the size though? The MM's have more time to report large transactions I believe? Not sure of the exact rules.
We will probably never know, but the fact it has no impact whatsoever on the share price suggests it some kind of book-keeping exercise or pre-planned transaction.
Understand the bed 'n ISA scenario moonparty........!
but they happen within a min of each other, normally seen/mistaken as a rollover trade........!
these (plural, as have happened before), are the following day, and all at mid price (black trades)
All the best (not a bed 'n ISA IMO :)
Can't possibly be directors at this stage, must be in a closed period as they have inside info on the signing od the production licence!
The 20 million is probably an ISA or SIPP transfer. Pretty common this time of year.
Basically, if you hold your shares outside an ISA or SIPP tax wrapper, you sell them then immediately buy back inside the ISA or SIPP. You have to do this because you can't legally just transfer the shares, you have to sell, transfer the cash (if required), then buy back inside. Your broker will handle it all for you - either they charge a fixed fee, or their is a slight difference in the buy and sell price and/or quantities so they get paid via margin.
There would be an announcement if it was Directors offloading.
Given our reported proximity to production, a Director offloading would be corporate suicide. What kind of message would it give out?
Ah right, really hoping it’s not one of the directors off loading.. but if it was there would have to be an announcement I suppose. Could it be MM’s shifting shares between themselves? We’ve just appointed Shard Capital as a NOMAD right? So could they be taking shares from St Brides? Not sure why that would be though..
I'm pretty certain there are a couple of people accumulating at these levels..
There's part of me that hopes we remain as is until the new tax year so I can top up in my ISA.
I wondered at the time if it was some kind of transfer as the sp did not really react that much. Directors shuffling stuff maybe.
Not sure it’s bad however but no evidence either way
Maybe I’ll have to start accumulating again if we are not moving to the launchpad... will need some more funds first however:)
Gla
I have a theory SBK............!
It's a genuine sell............ but taken @ price by the buyer.......... more so off book........!
Trouble I got is providing evidence, LSE (here) show the trades as ordinary/delayed deletion, and the I've only access to todays trades on the real LSE (the exchange), which the deletion doesn't show...........!
All the best (someone is accumulating as someone is selling is my take.........anyone else ?)
What does it mean Chesh????
