Thank u, now you two can carry on ramping lol, having a Costa sat outside in the sun.
That’s very impressive research Barwickman.
The best I’ve ever seen you post.
Well done
bit of news out on Juv, Relation Therapeutics gets $1.3 milliom grant from Bill Gates and Melinda Gates Foundation.
The internet is full to the brim with people selling snake oil. Sometimes with good intentions often with bad.
Often times the supplements you find in Holland and Barrett and other outlets are well marketed junk. If it doesn't have a third party tested label or an endorsement/ verification stamp from a well known University then I simply wouldn't buy it. Also there are other issues you can be taking 4 or 5 different supplements and be cancelling out their benefits unknowingly by simply introducing 1 supplement on top of another.
Why is Juve Life any different?
I believe they've got the best people in their field to validate the science behind certain claims if those claims are accepted by peers in the same field then you have a good business model.
Olive oil contains a combination of benefits to reduce plague in the brain which hastens dementia.
Broccoli Sprouts contain glucoraphanin which when exposed to our bodys enzyme myrosinase creates Sulfurophane.
Omega 3 Fish Oils, Range of benefits for heart ,brain and reduction of inflammation.
Now none of the above is new to science and my dear old Abuela had me eating all the right things from childhood along with the rest of the Mediterranean and to put it simply most of us are shocked that the first world seem incapable of basic research for their own health but the reality is fast food marketing and convenience is king and so peoples diets have fell by the way side.
So in steps Juvenescence to put a scientific label on it reduce everything to a working toolbox diet/ supplement / regime and basically feed the market.
In the process we'll make a lot of money and hopefully keep nan and grandad around a bit longer.
That’s really interesting Mat. Thanks I will look into that!
Yes, that could be huge product! I bet with their IPO plans they are looking at all sorts of licensing and product options.
Yeah, I would.
In honesty they appear to be going through the motions with Products/Therapies/ that are known to work but either haven't been perfected or marketed and endorsed by embedded scientific communities companies medical personnel etc.
Ketone drinks are nothing new, turning ketones into a liquid product wasn’t easy. The first versions tasted terrible and were exorbitantly expensive. Then, in a 2016 study, a group of researchers created a ketone ester that could be consumed like a regular sports drink. To evaluate the product, they gave the ketone ester to elite cyclists and asked them to complete one hour of intense cycling followed by a 30-minute time trial. The cyclists taking the ketones performed better in that time trial, going an additional 400 meters, or 2% farther, than cyclists not taking the ketones.
What Juve appear to have done to my knowledge is to produce a drink in combination with software app that tells you the optimum time to drink it.
The other product they're focusing on "Sulfurophane" is another compound which in itself isn't new to science at all and I supplement with it and can attest to its efficacy in little than a week I saw a vast improvement in a long standing condition I've had. I paid 76 pounds for a box of "Prostophane" from France which contains the active ingredient. (it's marketed at men but the compound itself is what the hype is about. essentially its a mainstay piece of nutrition found in Broccoli sprouts responsible for reducing inflammation in the body and improving your upkeep by means of free radical mopping and housekeeping on the NRF2 pathway responsible for over 200 genes.
If they've managed to produce a stable product which can outperform the French product and produce it cheaper then yeah it's game on.
Question for the board, when Juvanesence launch their first health product, the daily supplement, (soon I hear), would you try it?
