Annual report due and details on Chinese deal before end of the month. Sure there’ll be more volume next week too. A big end to the month and H1.
So far so good (I hoped I haven't jinxed it) as MMs marking up on buys instead of marking down on sells today. I would expect/hope to see interest increase over remaining days this month as we approach significant news from both the company and China and who knows maybe elsewhere too. From T.Rat and Trills and others research it is so obvious that waster water monitoring is going to be huge market for those involved and DVRG must/should be in pole position now to win this business, I just hope we have the resource to meet what could be very very big demands next from authorities all across the world. Right time, Right Place, Right Products.....surely investors will flock here when news is released. Not long now.
Hi Gerry,
Points noted and accepted, thanks for the update. At least our new Insti investors will be holding with very sticky hands so that's a real positive when it comes to new stake holders coming on board. Exciting times ahead and can't wait for those business updates and great to see MSYS being so upbeat in their recent presentation and on social media too.
@Newuncle, I am not disagreeing with you that it may be warrant holders, simply because I do not know who they are. I am quite happy for anyone to book a profit, relative to where they got into their investment. There are hundreds of shareholders, and I would not state it if I were not quite certain, but it is not TP who are happy holders.
GB thanks but who else could have that kind of volume to be dropping 50-100k a day every day since those warrants were exercised???? Several of us has estimated more 3m have been sold down since warrants were exercised by our daily 50k-100k seller. There is no one else we can see with that kind of holding and ir can't be anyone with 3%+ as they would have had to declare via RNS. We will just have to agree to disagree on that Gerry without an alternate candidate that fits. this MO.
@Newuncle I speak with the Broker almost every day and although it is not my place to comment for them, under no circumstance do I see them selling any shares since they exercised warrants.
Well if this is supposed to be TP disposing of warrant shares in an orderly fashion I would hate to see them do it in disorderly fashion. Never seen a house broker actively doing so much to affect the share price in a negative manner every single day. Just wish they had disposed of them to a willing buyer in one or two steps, of course new buyers are getting a bargain but it's not very nice to watch as a LTH. Roll on the RNSs by end of June so we can reverse this and get back on the growth path again.

Fantastic to see Microsaic's products being packed at our manufacturing partner @KingfieldElect, destined for @DeepVerge to drive sales, and exciting collaborations and partnerships in #humanhealth and #environmentalhealth. Many more in the pipeline!

Just a brief reminder from April's RNS, I reckon TP stand to gain minimum @£2m profits from this exercise:
7050000 £0.05 £352,500.00
7050000 £0.30 £2,115,000.00 £1,762,500.00
In addition, the Company has received notification from its broker, Turner Pope Investments, to exercise warrants over 7,050,000 shares in the share capital of DeepVerge ("the Broker Warrant Shares") at an exercise price of 5 pence. The consideration for the exercise of the Broker Warrant Shares, amounts, in aggregate, to a cash value of £352,500 and having exercised these warrants, Turner Pope Investments does not have a notifiable interest.
Of course the good news is that new investors can still buy these at cheap prices. From a personal point I wish those warrants had come with a longer lock in but we are where we are.
I think chesh can give a better view but with 7m exercised TP could be dumping for another month or more.
What's your best guess NU? Roughly 30 trading days since exercised, 100k per day, 3mill gone.
Dropped as Mr50k hits us again
That's more like it, £34k buy
15-Jun-21 08:50:09 34.00 100,000 Buy* 33.00 34.00 34.00k

Hi Chesh,
Would I be right in thinking that where we see very small volumes buys/sells, these are going through sites where people don't pay commission on trades but get higher ask and lower bid prices than they would going through normal brokers? Might explain why we see varying prices?
Chesh,
Getting a bit giddy now, another small uptick just now and scotland losing 2-0, second goal is an absolute classic LOL
