Also if you have been a holder and looked back many of us and the company even criticised the 1p IPO which brought this down from 18p. So it hasn't always been Rosey.
All I would say is remember why you bought in and for what reasons. Read the RNS's they are from the horse's mouth. If the credible shareholders, CEO holding a massive percentage and independent analysis which is out there isn't enough then contact the company yourself I have. The partnership with Lenovo within this field is IMO massive.
I really don't think you should be asking for investment advice as nobody has a crystal ball and EVERY company has an element of risk. You could say dont cross the road cos you might get knocked over.
Genuinely good luck whatever you choose to do,we/most of us are on the same side and wish the company well and my reasons are very clear and as things stand I for one am happy with my investment here.

I like it so much that i want to know the everything about the stock good and bad before making any BOLD RAMPING statements. like i said, if you have nothing to say then LEAVE ALREADY or KEEP QUITE. we should DISCUSS ALL ASPECTS GOOD OR BAD OPINIONS. THIS IS A SHARE CHAT BOARD AND NOT A RAMPING BOARD.
They dislike it so much they can't stay away :)
ThirdEyeView- Let me reiterate Q2 -How could the future Dev/lenovo production from April 1st launch be effected if the COVID-19 is still rising? you can mention both +ve or -ve points as its good to consider both sides.
Thirdeyeview- I am not denying the potential i am clearly asking the following and would like both advantages and disadvantages to be discussed. just because Lenovo is involved and Phenix and schools doesn't mean it wont be effected by the current circumstances. I mean big companies such as Apple have been effected by this, what makes you think this wouldn't? an economics crisis and negative GDP and unemployment will screw any good plans for any good company. this inst a dig but a simple awareness exercise that should be analysed. why is everyone scared to discuss?
Ill repeat my questions from my first post today - that caused all the rampers to attack.
QUOTE:
I do hold shares with Dev that I contemplate whether to hold or sell. I do believe that this sector is forthcoming with a big market gap over the next 5 years in a growing economy, and especially now, during the COVID-19 circumstances where VR and remote working seems to be in great demand (as we can see with ZOOM usage also increasing rapidly). However, I wonder the following and would seek some genuine smart and intellectual opinions:
Q1: Will the Mid-April production with Lenovo still go ahead as planned if the COVID-19 is still in the rising in the US and UK? What’s the worst case scenario case?
Q2: How could the Covid-19 economic impact (and possible coming depression) on UK and US effect DEV clever performance and SP in the near coming future?
Q3 In the contrary, what advantages does DEV Clever have going to outperform the market during an economic recession/depression?
IMO: it’s almost guaranteed that once global economic results and data are released over the next few months, they will be on the decline, with real GDP and unemployment down substantially. (Current unemployment already spiked 32% in the US an all-time low).
As such, DEV clever production/performance will be negatively affected.
-With production possibly declining due to decrease in demand and cost cutting in employment.
-Schools, companies and individuals will be seeking to cost cut and reserve on capital, many would not be investing in new VR technology.
-Revenue and growth as a result will be on the decline and negatively impacting the company’s annual accounts.
-Additionally, shareholders will be cashing out and panic selling to conserve liquid cash.
As a cumulative result, the above would all drive the SP down substantially.
UNQUOTE
Come on guys you seriously need to wake up and smell the coffee. Ignore both the rampers and derampers but look at the Signs! Imho this is a golden opportunity to be in a solid growing company before it rerates. Dev would not be using and mentioning lenovos name if there was nothing here, akers wouldn't be here if there was no future here...... 100s of Schools wouldn't be singing up if there was nothing here...... (Phenix on the team) All this in just the education sector not to mention the many other BIG companies using devs tech. Read the signs..... Not selling a bean till this is over its initial ipo placing. GLA.
oh is it so Andinio- so you seems to know what everyone holds. Again another trick up your sleeve to defend your ramp. Seen it all before. FYI- I hold an amount i bought few months back at 2.4p so yeh I am sitting on a decent profit, but that doesn't mean I cant question a companies prospects and SP. I rather be sitting on a quality share with a steady value than constant P&Ds. I ask you another question? what does the launch tomorrow mean in terms of number/sales? potential YES but nothing concrete yet.
This is only going to rerate guys, education tech is the future especially during these times. USA rollout coming, just think of the share size of the USA market, not to forget UK and the rest of Europe. As always dyor and GLA.
rolorolo
em88 isn't holding dev.l
using the cover of 'give me your opinion' to make false statements.
Rolo - reverse psychology is great- but remember this isn't your company and your not the only one invested! so how about you go away if you have nothing new to say apart from hyping and repeating Marketing information from the CEO.
I'm sure the £164 k buyer can wait
Andinio- guess you are right. It's pointless asking for intellectual opinions on a stock during an upcoming recession and current pandemic when all you can do is throw abuse the second you smell any worry or criticism. if you think that some buzz words such as ''US launch 1st April'' or ''4.1m buy'' etc is enough to trigger a positive outlook on the company & its SP then you are either a ramper or gambler. I wouldn't want any opinion or guidance form you or your ramping cult if you cant even answer my questions with an intellectual response. This board is a blatant ramping cult hyping this stock in any possible way so they can earn a quick buck. At the end of the day all you are mentioning is PR words and marketing and nothing original with solid backing. Obviously every CEO will market and provide reassurance during unstable times but that doesn't mean that there are no weaknesses and threats coming ahead.
It's pointless asking for opinion and guidance when you have no intention of reading or listening.
Please sell.
Andinio- your blatantly paranoid- I was simply asking as i didn't hear the end bit, you are correct though.
EM88
You are blatantly trying to sow misinformation.
I've already answered this for you, earlier today, in full detail.
Go to end of interview and listen to Chris's 3 reasons for investing.
He states "April 1st".
Please can someone direct me to where it confirms launch will take place on 1st April, i may be wrong but the CEO from today's podcast stated FROM APRIL (could be tomorrow or could be end of April) and wouldn't be surprised if there are delays due to COVID-19 lock downs around the world.
Launch Tomorrow xx
Not much confidence, someone bought 4.1 mil shares
Lol , not much confidence in ? The product hasn't even launched in the US yet and it won't transform the company overnight. Are you new to investing or just new to bashing ?
"Get even more value from Lenovo technology for your school or college by taking advantage of our new education trade-in promotion that is launching on 1st April 2020"
