Weak sellers WILL sell at a loss johnht; the more deeper thinking true investors are holding hence your dreams of 20p and the like are not being realised... onward and upward from here it's plain to see.
"Unfortunately johnht, i reiterate nobody has lost anything until they hit the sell button..."
Well they have sold - they've sold because the results were POOR and the likelihood of seeing their money back anytime soon was very low. So they sold and left to look elsewhere.
Unfortunately johnht, i reiterate nobody has lost anything until they hit the sell button; those who are LOSING havent LOST a penny; those who hold WILL NOT. Come on man get with it. This is not a 'ramp' but a clear belief cinema is not dead. Neither is Cineworld. Otherwise this sharechat wouldn't exist.. have a think.
"Take away them and the loss was around $396 million which was around what most were predicting in line with AMC"
That's not what was being passed around here pre-24th: we were being told that there would be better than expected results. Reality is that the results were worse than expected.
Most of the loss was goodwill and asset impairments which will likely recover. Take away them and the loss was around $396 million which was around what most were predicting in line with AMC, and like AMC even this loss didn't reflect the actual cashflow lost.
The results on the 24th of Sept. were not a deramp. What was in the news? An $8bn debt, $1.6bn losses, waivers yet to be gained AND an admission that bankruptcy could happen. That's not a ramp or a deramp.
The truth is that people invested with the hyped suggestion that it would all be fine in September and the price would be well above £1. I don't see the £1 price tag tomorrow. It's shameful behaviour.
It's only lost if they sell because of constant and sometimes false negativity by people like johnht
Don't know how derampers sleep at night
Unfortunately sidpanesar, the exhaustive ramping campaign run on this board with claims of £1 this month, hasn't materialised. Unsuspecting investors have lost their money based on that ramping. Very similar to what is happening again now. It might be all fun and games for you, but for those who've lost hard earned money, they won't be smiling.
...we haven't 'lost savings' johnht: we won't lose savings until we hit the sell button which we won't be as we firmly believe the SP to rise steadily as covid subsides.....
