Can buy at 37 now if any one wanting to get in at 37 buy wont last long...
MMS let this go... bet they are waiting for impatience to sell... NEWS getting closer bet lot were waiting on sideline...
I tried a dummy 100 quid and no quotes - previous was 37 to buy so a few buys and next leg up will come through quickly. Reminder this stock has a very small free float and now investors keeping hold for the massive jump up coming on news. MMs will however take ALL MY HOLDING from me! No deal.

Yes I think we had reached the bottom and hopefully we will start moving back up to where we should be !
NT to buy even 1k now ... should move up
Trevor can be CEO and not be a person with significant control. In fact the next submission to companies house by BRH was to confirm that there is no individual person with significant control.
I would suggest the Board has control so all significant decisions are voted on by the Board.

oops date 30/06/2020

From 30 June 2016, UK companies (except listed companies) and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) need to declare this information when issuing their annual confirmation statement to Companies House.
A person of significant control is someone that holds more than 25% of shares or voting rights in a company, has the right to appoint or remove the majority of the board of directors or otherwise exercises significant influence or control. This information will form a central public register of people with significant control, which is free to access.
The Prime Minister first put corporate transparency on the international agenda when he chaired the G8 summit in Lough Erne and secured commitment to action, the commitment to enhance corporate transparency in the UK was reaffirmed at London’s International Anti-Corruption Summit in May 2016. Since then the EU and G20 countries have also agreed to act. The UK is the first country in the G20 to create a public register of this kind.
It looks like the 30/96/2920 is correct then as TB has been selling his shares since then so as he has reduced his holding below 25% he is now no longer considered a person with significant control
Note the Date Ceased is 30/06/2020
I wonder if this is an error ? And maybe should be 30/06/2021 ? Otherwise he would have ceased to have had significant control for over one year and one month !

Hi All , I just found this on Companies House !
Cessation of Trevor Edward Brown as a person with significant control on 30 June 2020
Open the link then select the ninth box down dated 24th March to see the PDF file,I cannot link it from here due to security

This could explan why he has been selling most of his shares !
He is ceasing to have significant control so maybe he is retiring after all he was born in June 1946 making him 75 years old ! so perhaps he wants to retire and now he has made £10 million or there abouts who could blame him ! The pressure of bringing to market on a global scale is perhaps not what he wants ! So I think that explains why he has been selling hios shares. Who knows he might be suffering from early onset of Alzheimer's disease It could be anythjing like that.
Good Luck All
