Do we plebs of the LTH fall into the above categories While our BOD give away another chunk of our company. The dilution is beginning to look like Whatneys Red Barrel was to a decent pint of beer.

Well said Razerman. Convertible notes not needed if spud a success.
We knew dilution was coming.
They could have let us in with a primary bid. Sp would have held up.
Lining their own pockets this way.

Agree, not as bad as i was expecting. And it knocks out the second ranked convertible bonds which would be more destructive.
"Based on the anticipated cost of Perseverance #1, the combined amount of the Company's existing cash balance, Placing proceeds, and Conditional Convertible Notes would result in the Company not having a need to further draw on the previously announced £16 million (approximately $21 million) facility with a Bahamas-based family office investor for a zero-coupon, second ranking convertible bond (the "Zero-coupon Facility"), as part of the Company's overall funding strategy for Perseverance #1. Therefore, on successful completion of the Placing, and assuming other funding sources available to the Company and there being no material increase to the current anticipated cost of Perseverance #1 through the course of drilling, the Company would not intend to draw on the Zero-coupon Facility"
Does not matter on this still 8p at spud and this is want LTHs will be looking for.
2p not as bad as I was expecting - the sp was 1.8p following the merger.... could've ended up with a 1.5p placing.
At least it's game on for the long awaited Pers#1
Those that listened - well done
