I think if the announcement comes about with the EGM notice it remains possible that we could be back trading this year. EGM requires 14 days along with proposals or 21 if there's special resolutions to be voted in.
I can't see an Rto announcement, a further wait and then an egm. Wouldn't make sense.
Yogi - I think we need the shareholder meeting to have taken place.
We had to _complete_ an RTO within 6 months of becoming a Rule 15 shell in order to avoid suspension. Not just have a potential RTO announced.
Now we're suspended, the rules say that the reason for the suspension has to have gone away before we can resume trading.
But I'm hopeful we'll know what's coming before the end of 2019, and then get an EGM in early 2020 to bring this back online.
It must be a LSE glitch because another one of my suspended shares has also shown as active today
BOU did not even show in my quick picks for last 4 weeks i had to search for it. now its back as of this morning
something is happening for sure
Surely we would need rns of shareholders meeting to agree terms of possible rto before relisting?
Same for me too. No warning triangle. It's gone but was there yesterday.

coming back online possibly?
Before in my Watchlist there was a triangle with an "!" in it and if I clicked on th Info tab, it said "no information held for this share". Now there is info and no triangle.... Cd be a glitch on LSE.
What do you mean? At the top of this chat page it shows Bid: 0; Ask: 0; Spread: 0; Open 0; etc.
Why can I see data on this share now with no! Mark next to ticker in my Watchlist?? Anyone else?
