Mike 11:07 post. Fair enough.
I dont see anyone here mentioning about recruiting an outide expert to work on the 16a well right after it has failed to deliver the expected production figure. Why do you think that is AJ?
Georgian gas market get deregulated end of this year.
"The retail gas market in Georgia is highly concentrated. In 2016, the market share of the two largest distributors and suppliers – SOCAR Georgia Gas and KazTransGas Tbilisi – equalled to 84% of total annual gas supplies to final customers. Long-term contractual relationship and, in SOCAR’s case, also corporate interdependence between incumbent importers and suppliers practically intercept the entire gas supply chain in the country and undermine the possible emergence of competition."
You can see why BAGO are very keen to get a deal done and the infrastructure put in place.

There's a pretty long list of Entrepreneurs Who Failed First. Noise, its just noise.
You are right, I only found out after I had bought in. It does show there are a lot of deceptions in play here
Mike you bought in at 3p , after your dd...yet at that point you did not know they were previously Goldcrest Resources? Basic research i would have thought...and now you want investors to believe you know best and the future of the company.
Risk are at different levels. This one is high. I'm not talking about the assets. I'm taking about company integrity and BOD honesty
I was one of the first few who invested here in the 3p days. Luckily, my reflex response helped me sold out just days before the 295boed RNS.
From there on, I view the company very differently. Even more worrying when I did a bit of digging and found these guys went through a name change.
Previously called Gold Crest Resources, relinquished all 3 projects in Ghana when at the start they evaluate them to be highly prospective.
You cant trust 100% what these guys tell you. The company has recently been avoiding to release RNS and only doing video interviews. Why? They can get away with the law with video interviews, buy not RNS
if nobody exposed themselves to the risk...which goes for ALL aim companies...you would not have a market...simple.
That is why I also use 'we'and 'you'
We being we are all interested in Block
You applies to the people exposing themselves to risk imo
I agree PinkPanther10, my only concern is if it doesnt even make that much. I rather lose out 20-30% rise on the day of news than to risk jumping in now.
Mike, I agree somewhat, companies will try to to make the best of things on the PR front. I think there is enough hedging here with the upside to make this a decent punt though. Even if 16az ends up at 300-500bpd.
A lot of people think I just go around bashing any good old company...
Why does it has to be Block...
There past history and recent actions speak for themselves and yet people continue to ignore the danger... like fish being baited to the hook
Not bad. A slight improvement
But what IF there is something the company is not telling us. Its not the unusual for aim to hide news and only report the good ones, until it comes to the point they have to announce the bad news when the company run out of options, or simply just direct focus elsewhere
You’ve reached peak troll so will be ignored Mike. You should learn to try a subtler approach to deramping.
PinkP I agree with your suggested reasons for the fallback.
There are some external factors effecting the SP too. Oil price is lower, recession fears and summer illiquidity. Having said that I think the SP is suffering mainly because of the 16az initial flow rates as discussed millions of times. The company has stated on numerous interviews that 16az is going well and steadily increasing production. I accept this and assume there is not some bizarre different story which presumably would warrant an RNS.
Anyway big work program ahead with lots of upside potential. SP looking crazy cheap imo dyor gl
How someone thinks the damage is already dealt and there is absolutely no more downside is very naive.
Welcome Hepseal, always good to get new people's input.
In my view it's a hold and wait share.
We have had the negitive side and the shares have dropped but there should be an upbeat with next stage of programed works and news on 16aZ .
Mike and others are entitled to their say but they keep coming from the same blinkered angle. After a while there negitive views loose any impact and become boring . I filter them.
AJW - Did not expect to get one - you have confirmed what I thought - wont be wasting anymore time on him.
Is it just me or does anyone else get the feeling that BLOE are boiling up a massive flow of news with positivity on well1, spudding on well2 and gas news ? If good news arrives which I think is highly posdsible, the SP will explode here as all the recent sellers scramble to get back in. Evfen if the well is only slowly improving at say 600 bopd and upwards and well 2 spuds at 200 + bopd and gas news that will rise this share price pretty quick. On the off chance that current well is increasing back towards 1000 bopd and beyond and well 2 is doing 350 bopd on clean up and gas news then SP will be off the scale and all bets are off. Lets keep watching.
I am new to this board - who are you and what are your objectives?
As you know on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, trying to be helpful, I posted my first posts on the Gas Flaring / Oil Production situation - quite simply an extract from an email from Block Energy answering my questions.
Checking your posts for yesterday;
8.22 - called my post "fake news".
8.31 said my post was "blatantly designed to mislead".
8.42 said post was "against LSE rules"
8.43 called post "jibberish"
Cautious11 subsequently established from Block Energy that my post was in fact genuine and had the courtesy to apologise for having the original post taken down.
I trust you will do the same. - I await your APOLOGY.
