Whilst the Port Loan has been extended until the end of this month, the SPA's will more than likely be signed well before then, meaning we could see confirmation in the next few working days.
From the RNS:
"AAA is pleased to announce that the parties reached an agreement on the commercial terms of the RTO, the definitive SPAs are being finalised and the agreements are expected to be signed shortly. AAA has therefore agreed to extend the Port Loan facility until 31 December 2020 in order to allow the finalisation and signing of the SPAs."

Big MJ - me too. I guess we fell off the radar given that things have been a bit 'quiet' over the last number of months. Lets hope we LTH's get our due rewards for the years of patience!!
Good morning Mike. I don't think many people understand the opportunity here or have taken the trouble to read the previous RNS's pertaining to the RTO.
Comarco is a long established company with a unique opportunity. It has been held back by the lack of finance to exploit the opportunities, but the listing on the Main Market will allow this to happen.
I am really surprised more people aren't piling into this right now, this will be much higher once the RTO happens. AS I have said previously its shame I am not allowed to buy any more here, would love to top up and fully expect to convert my CLN into shares once I am allowed to
Another step closer to a very exciting 2021!
Typical.....can't buy any shares at the moment. NT for any amount. It will be interesting to see where the MM's take this as there are very few shares in free float.
The RTO will enable the new company to take advantage of the huge opportunities presented by the Mozambique LNG project developments over the next few years.
