As far as I see it, c7.7bn x 1.55 making c12bn. I still think, with the debt they are taking on board, we will be lucky to get a £50m valuation equating to c0.42p. I do hope I am wrong, but........................
i think you are correct. the magic 75% voted in favour of the resoultion is always the case however its not 75% of shares in issue but shares that vote on the day or for the resolution.
this is where bod do so well, they back the resolution, all their shares go in but if others dont vote they arent counted against, they just arent counted.
so it 75% of the shares that vote, 90% of the shares that vote take this over the red line and same action for all. so 50% are committed, that may well be enough to win even if very few others did anything.
are you saying you think there are 7.7 bn in play at the moment, i thought after the listing there would be towards 12 bn in total, big difference on impact on sp for us.
Great summing up seadoc, many thanks for that, much appreciated. So we wait now and see where our fate takes us all.....................
No tax payable unvrkw as sat in my SIPP. Hope I'm not being too greedy as been let down before with these guys in charge!!!! All we can do is sit and wait and speculate. All will become clear in a few weeks or so and a bit of clarity prevails.
the offer, conditions and agreement to change names etc with DSS are all based on listing. i.e. one part cant happen and then not list. if we dont list i think it falls through.
the votes, prospetus etc will come out, everything will be alligned and then transactions made. they will auto multiply your shares in HL by the 1.5584 and then they will become live on day of relisting. now you have voted there is nothing to do but wait and watch. on the day of listing you can then decide whether to sell or not on the price put in front of you.
its all automatically done. if we dont list then everything stays as is and different direction which i now think unlikely.
dont do anything, vote or dont vote and go from there. with circ 20 million, i think you are looking at £150k if it comes back at 0.75 of one pence. you biggest problem would be tax and nothing else!!
Very interesting valuations. I hope my sceptical mind doesn't get me down too much!!!!
I really don't understand one point that I reread over the weekend. On my H&L account, it says that all proceeds will be credited to my account within a certain time (2 weeks I believe). Am I led to believe that my shares will be sold upon relisting or will I hold c20m new shares?
Many thanks
Gary
interesting video, i listened to the whole thing whilst driving to work and its clear Trump has made the biggest differance.
so there are also rare eath minerals possibly in mine so surprised david lenigas hasnt got his nose in here somewhere and getting some positive press!!!
"its a potential gold mine" they say, well lets see, whether 0.86, 0.77 of a pence to start that is far more than we original thought we might get, not sure on the valuations going forward i think that last investor report was the beginning and things will hav improved more.
Worth a watch, from September of last year:
