ImJack plc announces that the Board was unable raise the necessary funds to remedy the default under the Company Voluntary Arrangement in its subsidiary company ImJack Secure Communications Ltd. ImJack Secure Communications has therefore been wound up by the supervisor in accordance with his duties.
