VinaLand Limited has published a copy of a VNL update presentation dated 3 June 2016 that will form the basis of discussions with shareholders at the forthcoming meetings scheduled in Europe commencing this week and in Asia thereafter.

The shareholder discussions have been organised to discuss possible future strategic options for the Company which could include (i) a realisation and wind up strategy over a fixed period of time, or (ii) a realisation and development strategy where all assets are divested other than four residential projects which would be retained to form a focused residential development business, where up to half of the cash from divestments would be distributed to shareholders and half re-invested in the four residential projects, and where certain operational functions currently delivered by VinaCapital would be transferred to the Company thereby creating an internalised management structure.
