Update on Slovenia ECT Claim - Close of Proceeding

Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore US focused oil and gas company, announces that on 17 June 2026 it was informed by the Tribunal in the Company's Energy Charter Treaty arbitration against the Republic of Slovenia (ICSID Case No. ARB/22/21) that as of that date, pursuant to ICSID Arbitration Rule 38, the proceeding has been formally closed..

The Tribunal is now expected to render its final Award before the end of this month.
