Update on debt facility
In October 2011 Treveria plc (AIM: TRV) reached agreement with debt servicer Hatfield Philips Limited with regard to its EUR418 million Silo E securitised debt facility, to extend the Final Maturity Date of the loan until 15 July 2012. In May 2012, Treveria announced that it had requested further extensions to this facility.
Treveria announces today that discussions with Hatfield Philips Limited are ongoing. A further update will be provided in due course.
