Treasury Shares Purchase

On 21 September 2011 the Company purchased for holding in Treasury 295,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a cost of 34p per share.

Following this purchase the Company now holds 1,577,530 shares in Treasury. For reporting purposes under section 792 of the Companies Act 2006 the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and use an issued share capital figure of 84,260,181 shares.
