Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its ?150 million share buyback programme announced on 18 October 2023.

During the week of 23 October 2023 up to and including 27 October 2023 a total of 758,864 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?10.8691 on Euronext Amsterdam and a total of 10,000 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?10.8804 at the Cboe DXE. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 11,801,778 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 27 October 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to ?11,278,187
