Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC07 January 2008 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC: Transaction in own shares Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('the Company') announces that on 7 January 2008 itpurchased 12,718 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of EUR0.805 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 83,952,532ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced.
