Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 9,960 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 781.72 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,110,127 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,803,825.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 30,779 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 103.84 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,693,944 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 70,996,588.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
