Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 19,120 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 963.88 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,943,075 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 26,441,701.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 13,210 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.10 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,970,881 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 73,406,063.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
