Transaction in Own Shares

PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC(the "Company") Transaction in own Shares The Company announces that on 28 July 2014, it purchased in the market 100,000ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,144 pence pershare for cancellation. The Company also announces that on 28 July 2014, it purchased in the market100,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of1,055 pence per share for cancellation. Following these transactions, there are 33,422,013 Ordinary Shares and32,472,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011, it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 4,099,000 ordinary shares and 5,501,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 12.7% of the shares thenoutstanding.
