On 26 April 2012, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 10,000 of its own S Ordinary shares at 95.0p per share.
Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 9,157,406 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 5,280,446 S Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 14,437,852.
