Transaction in Own Shares

Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 29 November2013, the following ordinary shares (16,000) have been transferred out ofTreasury for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt BenckiserGroup Share Schemes/Plans: Executive Share Scheme: 2,000 ordinary shares at £27.29 per share 14,000 ordinary shares at £31.65 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 16,760,266Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 719,775,013.
