Tottenham Hotspur PLC31 March 2006 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Transaction in Own Shares Further to previous announcements concerning the facility set up forshareholders in the Company holding 10,000 ordinary shares or less ("SmallShareholders") to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company announces that Small Shareholdershave tendered a further 9,244 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost DealingFacility prior to the dealing date of 31 March 2006 and the Company has boughtfor cancellation 9,244 ordinary shares at 50.19p per share.
