Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC - Share Buy-back

On 21 October 2011, and further to the announcement made at 11.12am on that date, Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC purchased for cancellation another 20,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 43p per share. As a result, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 24,518,282 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
