Total number of shares purchased: 412,440 shares

Average price paid per share: 303.67 GBp

Highest price paid per share: 306.90 GBp

Lowest price paid per share: 300.00 GBp

These purchases were the last share purchases carried out on behalf of Kingfisher plc by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited under the irrevocable programme announced on 30 June 2017.
