Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC28 February 2008 Transactions in Own Shares Dawnay, Day Treveria plc ("the Company") announces that on 28 February 2008 itpurchased 150,000 ordinary shares for cancellation from JPMorgan CazenoveLimited at an average price of EUR 0.7583 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 99,189,538ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced. Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have613,067,885 Ordinary shares in issue.
