The Company announces that on 13 February 2019, it purchased 247,968 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.21% of the issued share capital at a price of 131 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 116,417,025 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
