Herzeliya, Israel, 05 April 2013: Emblaze announces that in accordance with theshare repurchase programme announced on 19 March 2013, it purchased andtransferred into treasury 8,559 of its own shares on 04 April 2013 at anaverage price of 58.8119 pence per share. The highest and lowest prices paidfor these shares were 59.25 pence and 58.00 pence respectively.

Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company nowholds 29,795,076 of its shares in treasury.

The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is now110,783,078.
