ME GROUP INTERNATIONAL PLC ("ME Group ", or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary shares of 0.5p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 374,642,681 Ordinary shares in issue of which none are held in Treasury.
The figure of 374,642,681 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
