Transaction in Own Shares

Bellzone Mining plc (AIM:BZM), announces that on 6 July 2012 it purchased 500,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 17.76 pence per ordinary share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 18.5 pence and 17.25 pence respectively. All the purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 4,760,664 ordinary shares as Treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 736,563,821 (excluding ordinary shares held as treasury shares).
