Purchase of shares for cancellation
The Matrix Income & Growth VCT PLC announces that on 17 March 2008, it purchased a total of 134,037 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 102.287 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 21,875,715 Ordinary Shares in issue.
