Leeds Group PLC21 September 2007 Leeds Group Plc ("Leeds Group") Buy back of Own Shares Leeds Group announces that on 21 September 2007 it purchased 200,000 of its ownOrdinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 21.5p each. As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now heldin treasury is 3,855,618 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is31,582,985.
