JKX Oil & Gas plc - Total Voting Rights and Capital

JKX informs the market that as at 31 March 2009 JKX capital consists of 156,974,380 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. JKX Oil & Gas plc holds 402,771 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in JKX Oil & Gas plc is 156,571,609.

The above figure 156,571,609 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JKX Oil & Gas plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
