Total Voting Rights Update

BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that, further to:

§ the Additional Listing announcement of 16 April 2018 that application had been made for 357,320 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, and the subsequent admissions to each on 18 April 2018; and

§ the Result of Equity Issue announcement of 19 April 2018 that application had been made for 47,525,493 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, and the subsequent admissions to each on 24 April 2018;

as at 30 April 2018 the total voting rights in respect of the Company are now 526,988,033.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 526,988,033 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
